Office Address	Unit 2, Zion Mansion 23 Holland Rise, Singapore (Zion Mansion is a quaint, old apartment complex at the very end of Holland Rise. The entrance to the property is adorned with Chinese inscriptions so it’s easy to find. Our unit is on the ground floor next to the small covered car park and there’s a white gate with a red mailbox at our own entrance. Directions to Holland Rise If you’re coming from Tanglin Road, get onto Holland Road and drive towards Sixth Avenue/Clementi Road. You’ll pass Holland Village on your left. Go straight through the North Buona Vista Road/Holland Road traffic light junction, then make a left turn into Holland Rise and drive all the way up the street. If you’re coming from Farrer Road, turn right into Holland Road. Go straight past Holland Village on your left and then straight through the North Buona Vista Road/Holland Road junction. Turn left into Holland Rise immediately after the junction and drive all the way up the street. If you’re coming from Clementi/Sixth Avenue, get onto Holland Road and make a U-TURN at the North Buona Vista/Holland Road junction. Turn left into Holland Rise immediately after making the u-turn and drive all the way up the street. If you’re coming from the AYE, take the exit to North Buona Vista Road. Drive all the way to Holland Road, turn left and then left again into Holland Rise, and drive all the way up the street.
